Taproom Rental
Taproom events include use of the brewery taproom and furniture (seating for up to 100 people; taproom maximum occupancy 140, beer garden unlimited). Bartenders serve beer during your event. An automatic 20% gratuity is added to your bar tab. Rental details, pricing, minimum tab requirements, and deposit are confirmed with you directly before your date is secured.
You will be given time to set up before and break down after your event as arranged with us in advance. If additional time is needed, it must be approved before the day of the event; exceeding the approved time may add an additional hour to your rental fee.
Beverage Service
Cash bar — guests purchase their own beer individually (cash & credit cards accepted). Open bar — place a credit card on file; all beer ordered by your guests is kept on one tab, to be closed at the end of your party. Pre-pay — pre-purchase a number of beers before the event; bartenders keep count with beer tickets. Flights count as 2 pints; specialty beers not included. Beer prices are subject to change at any time. Guests may not bring outside alcohol onto the premises at any time — if this happens, Bullfrog Creek Brewing Co. reserves the right to end the event and the client forfeits all monies paid and any remaining event time.
Securing Your Date & Payment
Your date is secured once your rental agreement is accepted and your deposit payment is received. The remainder of your rental cost, any pre-purchased beer packages, and gratuity are paid in full on the day of your event. Accepted payment: cash, check & all major credit cards.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation by the client forfeits the deposit. Changing the date with less than 30 days' notice incurs a fee equal to 25% of the original deposit.
General Rules & Regulations
Bullfrog Creek Brewing LLC (BFCB) reserves the right to refuse rental for any event deemed inappropriate for our venue.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors; they are allowed on the sidewalk at the brewery entrance or in the Biergarden. Dogs are welcome in the taproom and beer garden with supervision and must be kept on a leash at all times.
It is the client's sole responsibility to provide adult supervision at all times for children, special-needs adults, and animals while on BFCB property.
The client accepts liability for any loss, theft, or damage to their guests' property and to Bullfrog Creek Brewing Co.'s building, grounds, equipment, or furnishings; the cost of replacement or repair will be charged to the client. BFCB and its insurers are not liable for any damages or loss.
Firearms, other weapons, fireworks, explosives, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
The use of nails, screws, thumb tacks, staples, tape, or anything that will damage or mark the walls, ceilings, floors, or furniture is strictly prohibited.
During the Event
The client is responsible for any damages that occur during use of the facilities and grounds, and must be present during the entire event. No one under the age of 21 will be served or allowed to consume alcohol on BFCB property.
After the Event
The client is responsible for returning the brewery to its original condition: clearing all tables, disposing of all trash in designated cans, ensuring no items are left on the floor, and removing all non-BFCB décor and property. BFCB handles the remaining facility cleanup (bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.).
